Hi,

I don't think there is any specific book on Delhi labour laws....... but i also know it is bit difficult to follow the reporters if you are new to it...... but reading reporters is always informative but some times you may fail to understand, when you have asked for layman language.......

but, for specific and apt information please visit the ministry of labour laws : Govt. of India  Ministry of Labour

Delhi labour department webiste : Office Of The Labour Commissioner

labour Laws : List of various Central Labour Acts - Govt. of India <link updated to site home> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google ) <link updated to site home> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google )

labour laws of states : open specific states gov. websites, like delhi, karnataka.....

you get all the details and forms and any specification needed.......

and as far as my knowledge is concerned, no book mention regarding Forms, applications, certificates etc...... please download the LABOUR LAWS of India, it is the COMPLICATION of All the ACTS pertaining to labour and employment... you surely get them on the websites given........ you have specific ACTs, the Law, for all.... like Factories Act, Workman Compensation Act, Minimum Wages Act, Employee welfare legislations, Shops and establishments........

Good luck......

Those weblinks are not books..... If you want to learn from basics, well, Dr. Ashok has already suggested. you get all the theoretical details, but forms, applications and all referring the ministry websites do help.....
you want to know about the labour laws in general or is there anything specific you are looking for.........??
And hi, Dr. Ashok :)
