Dear Seniors,

I have a query on registering in EPFO E Sewa :

My Organisation ABC is now incorporated under Shops & Establishment act in Delhi and hence our PF Est Code was issued in Delhi and maintaining the same for all our employees. Our Future plan is to register our ABC in Andhrapradesh under Factories Act and by that time we will register here for AP PF Est Code.

My Query is :

When i am trying to register my Org for E Sewa there is column for PAN Number and Name which is mandatory to complete the process. If so then the data will assigned to that account.

When once we completed our Registration process in AP,

Is there any problem in ON-line for Duplicating the same PAN No & Name ?

( Earlier everything is Manual and no any chance of comparing data, but now it is being online is there any chance of error to register new one with same PAN No which is already in use?)

But opening the Account in AP is necessary based on our business needs.

Looking forward for valuable solutions..

Dear Sreekanth I feel PAN is not mandatory for online registration. It is just optional. Can you please recheck

Dear Sreekanth, as per my point of view there is no any problem for duplication of your pan and name, as both the state are different.
