Hi
Any game that is organized has to take into account the number of participants, the participant profile, the location and the objective of the game (in case of a party it can be purely a fun activity).
- the 'Queen of Sheeba' game is quite an interesting game for a large group. The group can be divided into teams of 7-20. The person conducting the game lays the ground rules, which can be tweaked to meet the requirements. Broadly the rules are that each team appoint a captain. The person conducting the game is 'The Queen of Sheeba" who will make ridiculous demands of the teams and each team will compete to please the Queen by meeting the demands of the Queen. The captain is the only person who can approach the 'Queen of Sheeba' with the object of her desire. The key is the pre planning done by the person conducting the game which involves making an interesting list of ackward demands. These could include sublime demands like getting a rose or lipstick to the ridiculous like getting a pair of black torn socks or a 500 rupee note with the numbers 456 in sequence etc. Once the competitive spirit gets into the participants the game can get boisterous and very energetic. eg. people could even grab a team member wearing black socks and remove it and forceably tear the same inorder to meet the Queens demand. Time limits and other rules can be laid down by the person conducting the game.
- Other games that can be played are games like 'Bombing the City' or 'Musical Chairs'. This can also be played with a twist. The twist involves getting the people eliminated in the initial rounds (say upto the 4th or 5th round depending on the number of people eliminated) to play the game with a caveat that every person getting eliminated after that would have to pay a forfeit. This ensures that those who are shy, not too enthusiastic or very casual cannot get away by simply getting eliminated in the initial rounds.

Need Help,
In our organisation issuing of offer letters has started in this year only for newly joining employees. Here i got a problem with that.
One Employee in our organisation who has joined 1year back is asking me to issue the offer letter without the notice of management, where i'm instructed not to issue to previous employees.
In this case suggest me whether i have to issue the offer letter without notice of management only to him or not?
But i cant do that.
