We, R & D engg,. division,would plan to go for some Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET), wrt we need some clarifications, since companies do practice diff.procedures for the same position.
clarifications sought.
1. Do GET's are eligble for any benefits? (incl.stautory)
2. what is the length of the probation / training period?
3. Leave policy (will it differ from the regular employees)
4. Salary / stipend ?
5. Termination etc.....
and finally the labour law regulations on them.
would greatlly appreciate , if you could send me the GET's appointment order template for reference.
