Dear All,
My Date of registration on the ESI card is mentioned as 6th Dec 2011 & appointment date as 6th Nov 2011 ( My original Date of joining is 7th Sep 2011, I dont know why it says 6th Nov 2011 )
I was admitted in a private hospital on 10 may 2012 as it was an emergency.
I have two questions now
1) Am I eligible to claim the expenses incurred in the private hospital as it was on emergency basis ?
2) Will I be paid the claim if there is a way to reimburse it ? Because I will fall under the 1 Oct to 31 Mar contribution period for which the benefit period is only after July. But I was admitted on 10 May 2012
Many Thanks,
Regards,
Rahul Sharma
