Dear Friends and Seniors,

Statutory compliance is not a liability; it's our responsibility. Statutory compliance and labor laws can also be used as more effective and useful employee engagement and retention tools. Not only employees benefit, but employers also gain advantages and relief under different Acts. However, we still think that statutory compliance is a liability. According to me, statutory compliance and labor laws are useful tools and techniques for human resource professionals. Using them frequently will yield tremendous results.

I am attaching two PowerPoint presentations about ESI and PF benefits for employees covered under these Acts. Properly communicate with employees about the benefits they can receive through ESI and PF to raise awareness and help them obtain these benefits.
