This is the January Month and we have to submit our Half yearly Return in Form XXIV as per Contract Labour Rules, Annual Return in Form III as per Minimum Wages Rules (Both to Contract Labour Act License Issuing Authority) and Annual Return in Form XXIX as per BOCW Rules (to Registering Officer under BOCW Act). Hope everybody might have started working on that.
The above returns are to be submitted by the Contractors who have obtained the licence under Contract Labour Act and Registered under BOCW Act.
All the Principal Employers are to submit Annual Return in Form XXV under Contract Labour Rules.
Please submit those above return on or before 31 Jan 2012.
