Hi, If i am earning 50k monthly, can i have my salary breakup as........ Basic - 24950 HRA - 18000 medical - 1250 conveyance - 800 pls let me know as we do not have a specific component for hra.

We do not have sp. allowance or any type of allowances.. the components i have mentioned are the only ones that exist.

we have been given amounts to be as medicals as 1250 and conveyance as 800.
However, i need to ask that incase i keep the salary breakup as i have mentioned in my first post, is it not allowed ?

My Director wants a Salary Slip for a take home Salary of 175000/- Per Month. Can anyone help me . The company has not deducted anything for Income Tax, Professional Tax or anything but he just wants Salary Slip to show it to some Bank for justifying his demand of Higher Credit Limit. He already has more than 5 lac limit which he wants to be increased. He spoke to the Bank & they told him to produce 2 Salary Slips with the exact amount paid/transferred from Company Account to his Personal Account alongwith his Bank Statement to prove it.
Please help me as I do not know how to prepare it.

Well it depends and what basic your company are going to pay in your case... ideally it wud be as Basic Salary 3,800 House Rent Allowance 1,520 Conveyance Allowance 800 Special Allowance 1,880 =8000

Can u pls clarify my dought like if one employee salary is 5900/-.if salary will split like 40% or 50% basic.2360/- or 2950/-.but according pf rules they told minimum wage should be basic wage. in Andhrapradesh basic wage 5800 approx. what will i do.pls clarify my dought.

The Break up should be,
Basic- 30000/-
HRA-12000/-
Convy.-800/-
Med. Allow.- 1250/-
Tel. Allowance.- 1000/-
Educational cess- 200/-
Other allowance-4750/-

Dear Srinivas,
Greetings for the day,
It is true that basic salary should not be less than the minimum wage of the state, on which deduxtion of EPF should be done. As far as your case is concern the PF should be deducted on Rs.5900/- instead of Rs.2950 or 2360/-

For 50K.You should split up the salary like given below:
Basic (60%) - 30000
HRA (20%) - 10000
Conveyance - 8000
Medical remeasurement - 2000
----------
50000
conveyance and medicals defined by employer its differ from one to another.
