Nice to see this taking cue
Out of the three (training in spoken english, Correspondence in English and Stress Management) Two ie., Spoken English and Stress Management need to be imparted in interactive session. "Correspondence in English" ie., Commercial Correspondence in English can be imparted under this communication.
A Small write up on Stress Management is as under.
STRESS MANAGEMENT.
“Most of the worries are caused due to attachment” - Vivekananda
The foremost is that the stress takes birth from worry and When worry is unattended fatal mental imbalance emerge.
So, stress is a kind of metal imbalance. Stress is required yet not required.
Stress is required to the extant one can tolerate; however there is no measure to gauge elongation point.
Stress emerges from
1. Mental function
2. Physical function
3. Mechanical function.
The best way to understand is through illustration.
In tamil it is said that "Kalla Kanda Nnai kannum; Nnai kanda Kalla KaanumI
It means that he who sees the Dog does not see the stone. He who sees the stone does not see the Dog.
The very sight of dog brings in some amount of fear however the very sight of dog made out of stone dispels fear.
The first example relates to mental function while the second examples relates to Physical function.
The second example is Rope mistaken for snake when stepped on rope in dark.
The third example relating to Mechanical function is Eating in Dark - the hand knows exactly where the mouth is.
Repeated mental application of physical function is taken over by the mechanical function and this repeat
of the repeated mechanical function leads to over confidence resulting in Stress.
So to over come this one need to resist the take over of mental application function by other two categories.
Since Stress is caused due to “N” number of reasons there is no standard STRESS MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME.
So those who want to know more may decide a common venue on any sunday near about Powai for interactive session.

Hi AVS :
Thank you. I will certainly take your help at the time of need.
Dear Baskar :
Planning to start these programmes as under
1. Stress Management & Spoken English : By conducting interactive session.
2. Correspondence in English – Commercial Correspondence: By giving write up in this forum through On line
with the help of AVS.
Your suggestion to upload training material is quite good, but to gauge the desires result of Stress Management and Spoken English, inter active session would be more effective.
A small write up on Correspondence in English (with focus on commercial Correspondence) is as under.
COMMERCIAL CORRESPONDENCE – CORRESPONDENCE IN ENGLISH
Basics
• As a matter of principle one should always remember to deliver what is conceived and nothing beyond.
• The communication should be short & sweet while getting to the core of the issue, as no one would
psychologically like to read a lengthy letters.
• Letter should have a caption of the subject outlined in not more than 3/4 words.
• The best commercial letter should not contain more than 3 paragraphs.
A. First Para should contain just a reference.
B. Second Para should contain Gist of the issue & observation.
c. Third Para should contain conclusion.
The whole letter should be with in single Page in simple language.
For Stress Management outlining my plans as under.
STRESS MANAGEMENT
1. For this Programme interactive session would be the best & would prefer Four categories.
2. 1st Categories is from the lower rank say below the level of Assistants. 2nd from Assistants level,
3rd from Junior and Middle level Executives and the 4th level would be Senior Executives and above.
3. The ideal number of participants under each category would be 20 for effective output.
The duration for each batch would be 2 day Seminar with Morning 2 hours and afternoon 2 hours.
4. In case of a manufacturing unit then a separate module can be organised specially for those working
in manufacturing units.
The thoughts can be furthered based on the response for Stress Management.

Dear Kumar
Well explained about the 3 basics for correspondence in English i.e., Accuracy, Brevity and Clarity. But we must not use the 3 basics in shouldering the responsibilities i.e., Avoid, Bypass and Confuse.
As a matter of fact the stress Management is mainly required for middle level and senior level cadres. For lower level the stress will normally be lesser side. Hence you must concentrate on higher level seminar classes with some practical and fun filled programmes.
Wish you all the best dear.

Hi Baskar
It is not what you have conceived. Most important is, if the writter wants to be clear then he can spell things with clarity else it is other wise. Fundamental here is, one cannot apply same yard stick for all.
I don't agree with you. Stress need to be addressed at lower level as well else the output from lower level would warrant much attention thereby the time of higher level is not better utilised. I am saying this because I have seen the result. Good sub-ordinate gives ample time to his senior for devoting time to cores issues. So don't ignore to address the issue at lower level, else you end up where you are.
