My qualification is MBA(HR & mark)+B.tech(mech)+Diploma Labor laws..
I have 2 months of experience as recruiter. Now im interested in HR-generalist profile......Location-Pune
1.Can I do "HR-Generalist certification course"....to get job in Generalist profile?
2.For Generalist profile job...What better should I do?

I would suggest you to be in Generalist profile for atleast first ( minimum ) 03 years of your career so that you will understand the aspects of HR field.
