i mahesh from secunderabad worked in one organisation as technician for 15 years recent in work while my hand some minor injured but its paining heavy any how i completed that day jobs and next day i was absent dew to still pain my hand
for that reason they terminated and appointed another person on my place without notice and not settling the full and final payment for me till the date i asked to settle the payment they saying they are no any dews to me managment saying now what i do sir and whom to approach please help me

Dear Mahesh Why dont you speak to the senior person of that organistaion and tell him about the same. Go to that office personally and xpeak to the higher authorities.

As per the statements quoted, An Organisation cannot terminate its employee without prior notice..If any, employee will be informed or the
company is liable to pay atleast one month salary as a compensation...
Full and Final Settlement is followed when the above said happens in a
systematic way.
Please clarify whether u were given Payslips every month? Were u been
paid for the last/current month of your working day before your termination.

Your organization would have Standing Orders .If yes then the termination process will be found there and they will have to follow that. Get Legal Consultation for your problem as you will lose your valuable 15 years service if counter action is not taken immediately.
