Dear Sir,
I want to know if any company not willing to give full & final settlement, what can we do.
I have a case where some body resigned and give only 3 days notice period. In full & final approx Rs. 60500 is pending, please suggest what to do?

You can raise an industrial dispute if you are a workman or file a civil suit.If gratuity is involved in the above amount you can approach controlling authority. Varghese Mathew

You have given 3 days notice and left, i assume without a proper handover. And you expect that you will get a settlement ?

Dear Sir,
The employee can demand full and final settlement only when he would be completed exit formalities in time..If there is notice period of 30 days and you have leave balance of 30 days and more.
Then request the company to adjust the leave balance in your notice period further surrender the entire belongings of the company and receive acknowledgement..

In addition to Rahul's suggestions, ask for PF forms also, so that you can withdraw this amount/transfer to your new employer. But, please be sure that you have complied with handing over procedure, as mentioned by Mr Banerjee.
