There is no specific format for salary transfer to Bank. It varies from bank to bank. Some banks accept letter on your letter head with NAME.ACCOUNT NO AND AMOUNT to be transfered duly signed by the authorised signatories. Some banks in addition takes the cheque for the total value
Now a days online payment is possible . For this contact your bank. This is very easy and you just have to upload the format and the authrisers need to apporve on lien. the employees will get the salary within 1--2 hours through NEFT.
