Continue doing the present job and if you personally like the job there is nothing stopping you from growing in career.
If you want to continue in the currrent job,try to do a part time MBA with HR as background. Later you can learn SAP HR with MCA and MBA background your profile with suite many companies.
Wish you all the best

Dear vasavis,
There is nothing stopping you from building a career in HR. An MBA at this juncture will help enrich you knowledge in HR and hence lay a string foundation.
Being from a MCA background, doesn't limit your growth. Many companies are in their transition stage and looks to hire HR Professionals with IT background for automating their HR process and implementation of Human Resource Information System. Mix of technical and functional knowledge in HR will be a cutting edge in this modern era of HR.
I would suggest you pursue MBA in distance from any reputed university and keep yourself updated with latest IT Developments / Topics u have covered in MCA
