Dear Basha,
For PF submission last date 15 from the last Month + 6 days grace period, means you have to submit this 21st of last month.
After submission of that you have to submit Monthly return in form of 12A, Declaration form, Form No.-2, Form no-5/10.
Form No. 10c & 19 used at the time of Withdraw the PF Amount.
Form 13 used when we join new company and we want to transfer the submitted amount from old one to new one.
