To frmae A HR policy uou need to understand the business of the oragnisation , culture and waht practices you are following in the oraganisation , based on all these only you can design a HR Policy in HR Policy you can take right from dress code to trg to no smoking , equal opportunity employer , etc etc. you can take as per your comapnies needs.
