Yogita,
CTC, the term is used to determine the Cost to the Company. CTC comprises of different elements like Basic, HRA, allowances, retiral benefits (gratuity), PF (both employer and employee side), etc.
Take home salary means CTC minus Retiral benefits minus PF (both side) minus income tax.

Hello,
As mentioned CTC is cost to company, the above listed elements are included.
Bonus is also included. Apart from this the cost which is incurred by company from the time he enters the organisation, till he leaves for the days, everything is included in CTC.
For eg. - Canteen facilitites, or even food bills, in some cases (Telephone bills) and other fringe benefits are also included in CTC. That varies from company to company.

Yogita,
CTC means Cost to company. The cost spent for hiring an employee. As others have mentioned all componenets like Basic, HRA, all allowances (monthly), annual benefit & retiral benefits are part of CTC. In some companies value added benefits like subsidized transportation cost, canteen cost, premium paid for mediclaim and if any welfare benefits offered are also considered as part of CTC.
