Earnings
Basic
HRA
DA
Deductions
TDS
No esi, pf deductions. Kindly anyone help me.

The calculations are:
Basic: 20000 (40% of gross)
Hra: 10000 (50% of basic)
Conveyances: 800 ( monthly fixed)
T.d.s : based on the percentage mentioned by government

Basic is any amount da is 51% of basic hra is 30 % in metro and 20 in non metro.ta u can give as per wish

Depends on what rules apply to the industry for government organisations HRA is 30% metro and 20% non metro , and 10% for C / Z class cities. Since the thread starter did not mention his industry type, i got confused. Can you please provide the rule which says that HRA ALLOWANCE is 50% for metro and 40% for non metro, this is only for HRA exemption calculation, HRA allowance part is different and exemption part is different.

ravi, we talk here for tax benefits which are advantageous for employees. HRA is not compulsory. pon

There is not any such guidelines in labour Law. However, one should keep align with Minimum wages. If no please update. Best Regards/Amod
