Dear All HR Seniors Here is two employees transfer to our other Factory out of country. in others country (like Nepal)they are applicable for EPF & Esic.pls Advice.

its depends upon employer. if they are already contributing epf or esi before going any part of world. in this case they are applicable for bothe. thank j

ESIC is applicable on salary below 10,000 per month
is the employee you are sending out of the country having a salary less than that ? because if its higher than that, then ESIC is not applicable anyway.

But my point was that the person being sent abroad on work would probably be paid more than that.
In case of pf, I think that is to be paid anyway as long as he is working for the Indian company and not transferred to the rolls of a foreign company.
Also of importance is that he may be required to pay for similar schemes I. The host country, which the company must not miss out ?
