i am working with a fmcg in kolkata. our registered office is at medinapur and head office is at kolkata. we have regional offices at Delhi too.
at medinapur we have our factory therefore the provision of the factories act is applicable, and at our head office the west Bengal shop and establishment act is applicable
my question is
will the west Bengal shop and establishment act applicable at the regional office (Delhi) too ?
is it necessary to follow the provision of the shop and establishment act at medinapur factory too?
