Hi everybody,
I am currently working with the Indian Ordnance Factories as a Group `B` Officer - Foreman (Non Tech) to be precise. I have around 11 years experience in various areas of factory administration involving Personnel, Labour Legislation, IR, Discipline, Vigilance, housekeeping, event management, liaisoning, facilities management etc. Now, I wish to leave Government service for a challenging opportunity in the private sector.
