hey thr i am doing my summer project on HR manual .i have given all the mattters tht can be invlove in tht and my company guide has approved it but now the problem is she wants it to be innovative and creative.a manual which looks intresting to read. need ur help .reda

Hi Reda,
There's a little scope in making the content of an HR manual creative, cos it deals with addressing mundane maintenance issues, and other HR issues.
The maximum scope where you can make it more creative is in the style of writing. Adopt a more 'first person', active style of writing, as if you are talking to the employee and explaining all of it to him.
Keep the manual free of jargons... use simple english, you're not writing a literature book. Use a abbreviations index, and given annexures of various forms as applicable.
Use graphics, smilies, and elegant formatting available in MS Word...
In all of this, you may want to have a mildly casual approach. But, in now way should the seriousness of the matter should be taken away. You need to be careful in the kind of pictures you choose as well...

hi all,
I am also working for the same i.e. on HR manual for my organzation has done every things in bits and pieces for example i have done with induction training for new jonee and process of recruitment etc but is not getting comlete veiw what else should be put into that to make it better
I am also looking for different process of recruitment in IT consultancies. If anyone can help me regarding this I would be very gladful to them.
