I am not able to get any attrition calculation in mails, as far as I know,
Attrition for a month = No of People left the company in the given month / (No of headcount in the starting of the month+No of employees added in that period).
This can be applicable center wise, year wise etc.
If there is any alternative anyone can send it to me or if you feel there is anything wrong in the given formula pls share with me.

You can calculate the attrition rate from the below formula.
Attrition = Total number of resign per month/Total No. Employee Being in the company + No.New Joinees - Total No. of Resign * 100.
