Hi Srividhya,
Before I give you any advise, I would like to understand
1) what do you like about training & Development.
2) What motivates you to become a trainer?
You must be honest with yourself here, because more than anything else, a training career is a huge investment in time before you see the results.
Based on your response, I think we can then guide you towards your dream. If you wish to discuss this offline, email me.

Dear SRIVIDHYA
If you r intreseted in Training and development it is very simple sit with ur project manager and try to know wot skills he reqiure for his team members once u know the reqiurment try to find out who has good knowledge in that subject in ur company r out side and arrange the training programme. After the training programme collect the feedback from the employees and suggestions, after knowing the improvement of skills than prepare wot cost benfits u have brought to the organisation with improved skills and present it to the managment thats it.
if u wnt to be a trainner for reruiter u have to prepare good PPT and u should be strong in the language u deliver Offcourse it is english and than convince the managment wot good ur training will be to the organisation
thanks
