1. Up to what level induction will be compulsory.. is induction required for worker category.
2. Level wise/designation wise nos. of days for inductions
3. Can we introduce any booklet.

Answer to your questions is as below:
1. Up to what level induction will be compulsory.. is induction required for worker category.
Depends upon your organisation but it is always advisable to have induction for all new entrants into the organisation irrespective of their level.
2. Level wise/designation wise nos. of days for inductions
Again it depends upon the organisation and its complexity but on an average 3 days should be OK.
3. Can we introduce any booklet.
No one stops you for doing anything which you believe will have impact on the objective. If your organisation has technology, you can do online induction as well.
