I m Suvidha, Working as a accountant. my salary Rs.6000/- per month. My ESIC is being Deducted from May 2008.in Dec 2009 My Father was Hospitalized where my Rs. 57700/- Has been incurred because an emergency. In Feb 2010 i was filed reimbursement in ESIC hospital. They were also accepted but i want to know can i will get full amount. otherwise i cannot get full amount then what amount i will get. My family is depend on me. because my father is retired before 2 years. And Also Please send me the List of Hospitals registered with ESIC.

Since you are in the benefit period, the expenses incurred by means of hospitalisation of your dependent father will have to be reimbursed to you by the Corporation subject to some deductions as per their policy. I hope that your father was referred to the said hospital by the ESI hospital only and if not you will not get the amount reimbursed. I understand that it usually takes a lot of time to get it sanctioned. Please check with the local office of the ESIC to know the status of your application for reimbursement.
