I have resigned my company since 3 may,I have sent my pf form as early as possible but on 16 july they have rejected my forms.Its getting delayed and one more doubt is that is company settlement and pf settlement is different from each other?

some companies have their trust to maintain PF. No one deny your PF money. find out the resons for rejection.

PF money is you's. You can withdrawn at any time. If management rejects your application also you may get the full amount. You should go through the PF Act 1952 or otherwise please contact to the following number.

It is not clear who has rejected your form, wheter PF dept or Company.
The PF Settlement and Company settlement are two different things. If your company account is not settled. i.e. to say if some amount is due from you, the employer may not forward your form to PF deptt. becuase your full and final settlement is not over. You are treated as relieved when all your dues are cleared. Some employers consider the day your full and final settlement are cleared as your relieving date. Some consider your resignation date as relieving date.
if the above is not the case then
Contact PF deptt and get to know whether ( form no.3A, 5/10, ) were submitted by the employer or not along with your PF WITHDRAWL FORM. and you will find that what is the truth. If still in difficulty, pl write to me.
