The components of salary are:
Basic (which should ideally be 45-50% of CTC)
HRA (50% for capital & metros, 40% for other places)
Medical Reimbursement (Rs. 15000 p.a. as fixed p.a.)
LTA (fixed as Basic amount p.a.)
Personal allowance (bal. amt. of CTC- all other components)
PF (12% co's contribution)
