Hi ... I am Mayur...
I want to know the Salary Structure for Different designation... I have come across some Salary Structure where i found that in Some company Basic Salary is taken as 40% and in some company taken as 50% of the CTC ... want to know there is some specification on Salary Structure....
Any one can help me out on it .....

sir is it compulsury for a pvt ltd company registered under west bengal shop and establishment act to pay a minimum hra of 50 percent of basic pay in kolkata or is it decided by the company and sir waht is the calculation of city compensatory allowence and conveyence allowence sir.please help me

Hello experts,
I want to know can we consider 100% basic pay as salary without any allowances ? Is it legal ? I mean in my company we have been given choice to restructure my salary component. Please advise urgently.
