Hi,
I am working for a private company for last 15 years as Accounts Executive.
I have given preference for work rather than money. But, nowa days my boss acts very differently towards me when compared to previous years.
I do not know the reasons for the same.
Everything was OK. This time the increment is less when compared to others. No reasons. I am bit confused to judge as to what the reason might be.
Could someone guide me as to what might be the reasons.

First do self analysis.
May be your attitude change might brought the change in your boss's attitude.
1) Are you reporting in the same time for duty?
2) Any new position filled above your position recently?
3) Any mishandling of Accounts and Money transaction done? (It is very hard to answer but this may be the best reason for your boss's change?)
4) Did you do all the Tax settlement on time or your company received any letter from Government Body for defying the Taxes?
5) Any new ERP installed in your company recently?
6) Did you take long leave recently where you failed to delicate your jobs deligently?
If any yes, for the above questions would certainly harm your career in that company.

Dear Hemaharish,
I would suggest you to have a personal discussion with your boss. Ask him if there is any mistake from your side? Is he happy with your performance? Is there anything that you can improve upon. I am sure this meeting would give valuable insights.
With warm regards

Deepak's suggesstion is good. But if he says that he is not happy !, then what is going to be your reaction ?. so before such a dialogue please find out an offer for you and then discuss. If things improve, it is better to continue in the same company than switching (A known devil is always better)

Mr. Muthukrish’s point is good especially point no2. Do the self analysis first and go for a discussion with your boss. Best regards Sanjay.C

Dear Hemaharish,
I have also passed through the same condition as yours. I will strongly suggest you to quit the job immediately. There is no question for thinking any more. So, firstly, find a good job for yorself and then immediately leave the job.

Hi Himaresh,
" When the tough gets going the tougher gets going", I applaud your hardwork and innocence in understanding the mindset of your boss. It is always better to cruise through to unearth what was wrong before taking any stern step. Firstly go and reach out to your boss and ask him be honest I'm sure things will work in work in your favour. God Willingly.
