Hi,
You can claim for your PF amount only after two months from the date of release from your last employment. You need to fill form 19 to withdraw the total PF amount and need to get signed by your last employer. If you want to transfer the PF to the new organization then u need to fill form 13.
I am sure it can help u.

I do agree with u. But what about the joining date and reliveing date . See the day i left my previous company was 15th Jan , but as per HR service letter it is 2nd Feb , while my joining date in new company is 26th Jan ....So will this diff of date effect on PF rrefund ?
I am worried on this date diff factor ?

Hi,
Attached is the Form 13 which is used for PF Transfer. PF transfer is done by present employer and not by previous employer. In case if you wish to transfer the PF Accumulations please fill this form and submit the same to your payroll / HR / finance dept. Below are the only two details which you require to fill the form
1. Your PF Account number:- PF account number would be the one which you wish to tranfer (i.e. PF number of previous organisation) which can be viewed in your salary slip
2. Address of the PF Office:- adderss of the PF office is the address wherein the PF used to get deposited by the oranization.
