Dear Kshitij,
The distance learning scenario is really vast. So first thing, don't restrict yourself to one or Two choices. Look at all the options.
In this age of IT driven learning, look beyond the country. With distance no bar, do an International MBA. The cost difference may not be too high. The demand would be in terms of your abilities.
No Indian distance education program I have seen comes close to the standards set by the International MBA programs. Added to that you also get to learn from students all over the world.
The only drawback as far as I can see is that the programs are demanding in their standards. You will require a very high caliber thinking and English speaking & writing skills.
Hope trhis helps

Dear Kshitji,
I appreciate your passion for learning. As far as education through correspondence education, it is not much valued in the Industries/Corporate/Educational Institutions. They require in the full time based learning. If time is the constraint, as per Mr.Yashkumar has suggested IGNOU is the best recognised correspondence course centre. Even though it is tedious and strenous to complete MBA there, it has a good welcome among the Organisations.
All the Best!

Dear you have just completed your graduation, so doing an MBA from distance learning mode doesn’t suit you at all, because any professional company will ask for a regular full time MBA.
Go for a regular MBA degree.Distance learning MBA suits working professionals and not youngsters like you.

Honestly speaking none of them have much value in the market. If you really want to do MBA go in for a Regular one or if money is not an issue do One Year PG Course in HR from XLRI distant learning but it cost Rs. 2 Lacs…Rest is your choice.
