1) Employee Satisfaction - You just retain the employees with lumsum offers like providing attendance bonus means giving some amount gift and display his name on notice board. it will be motivate the employee and it will satisfy the employee means, he will be think that our department is supprtive and it's a friendly like theses type of facilities will solve your problems.
