If in your organisaiton working more than 20 employees it will applicable to PF.
And if you having less employees than that, you can apply for voluntary coverage registration to PF office.
Docuement depends on nature of your organisation. Just like memorandum of article, if manufacturing unit first electric bill or first sale bill. If your organisation deals in service sector different documents will be require. With this muster of employees too needed.

You have not mention that its proprietory, partnership or pvt. ltd. company. And your company situated in any SEZ? document will be differ its so?
Does you employee strngth cross 20 limit this month?

Hi,
if your organisation consisits of more than 10 people PF registation is mandatory and ESI registration (only if their salary is less than 10K).
Please take help from a PF consultant or an advocate dealing with labour legislations.
