Our company has decided to maintain a diary in which each and every employee right from Office Assistant to a manager has to Mention his/her the daily tasks done at the work place or any suggestions any thing new
ideas....
I'm working on it but i also need your help so if you think you have anything different and something new please spare few moments and
suggest something..I'll be really very thankfull to you guys n girlz

The idea of maintaining a dairy is to moniter & improve performance, right?
Instead of recording what they do/have done, I suggest ask them to write Happy Note in the dairy, meaning according to them they must write at lleast two good things happened to them in the workplace everyday.
This will automatically focus them on the positive siide of work and by conditioning over a period of few months they will automatically look to ppositive benefits in the workplace.
In turn this will automatically increase effeiciency,effectiveness,cooperation, competance,collaboration,enthusiasm and joy of being a part the organisation.

I think you want to know that what your employee is doing. I will suggest you to implement Daily Activity Report system in your company to know.
Who is doing and what?
What is the planning of an employee?
What it the work efficiency employee?
Work quantity?

Hi Guys,
i saw the dairy 2010 format now only, it was quiet good and will be quiet effective in and over all above in an industry.it is quiet effective at supervisior level.
if you have another other format like these please inform it to all.

Maintaining diary is a good system, at the same time they should be told about the importance of maintaining the same, there should be continuous review and feedback,
In our company we have this system, where we order for a special customized diary for all the levels of employees and review the progress and feedback every month, which will help us to move the focus of employee towards the goal of the organization,
Diary format can be different for different levels of employees based on the activities they perform,
