Work force planning and diversity
Building Capability and Organization learning
Performance management
Rewards management
Work place management and relations
Effective HR management, supporting and monitoring.
These are KRA (Key resulting areas)
In administration part,
HR personal records Management
Form Developement
Document Control Activites
Mail and Express Service Activites
Telephone and Answering Activites
Company Property and Access control Activites
Seperation Activites
Work Place Rules and Guidelines Activites
Human Resource records Activites
Dress Code Activites and so on....
Human Resource Admin has to concentrate in all the areas which I mentioned earlier. Before starting your carrier in the new firm, kindly conduct a HR audit and understand the kind of HR department is expected and the compentices needed.
