Previlaged Leave: 15 per year
Casual Leave: 5 per Year
Sick Leave: 5 Per Year
Management want to remove sick leave. Kinldy let me know Can we remove Sick Leaves? What is the law for Sick leaves?

as per esic act any person who is not covered under esic is liable for sick leave as per the norms of the company. many companies give sick leaves to both covered and uncovered employees. so company can remove the sick leaves of only those employees who are covered under esic.

Sick leave is not compulsorily to be provided under Factories Act. It is an all purpose leave.If an employee is covered by ESI, he is any how entitled to sickness benefits unde rteh ESI Act.
