i am doing my dissertation on PMS....i am studying the PMS of an FMCG giant and need to propose them a PMS by finding the gaps in the existing one and then make my recommendations..
Can anyone please help me with the questionnaire that i can get filled by the employess regarding their satisfaction with the prevailing system...
its really urgent and vital...so plz help me out ASAP..
