my name is Dhanya and im doin my project in HR at Tata Teleservices. I've chosen "Performance Management System" as my topic for the internship. Im planning to do a questionnaire on the effectiveness of Performance Management System at TTSL. I would be really grateful if somebody helps me out with the questionnaire and analysis.
