I am leaving my current employer who has
Ques : Do i also need to take a legal action against them.. and if yes, which all documents should i ask them to provide me.. for the proceedings..

I am leaving my current employer who has
- - a marked history of not paying the dues on time
- - the month's salary on time
- - the salary of the month of your notice period (31 days)
- - the deductions we had from our monthly salary has no record.. and that is never credited to our account on leaving this organization..
- - ex employees have to constantly knock their doors for asking them for their clearing the dues
- - never provides the salary slips monthly
- - no details of the deductions from our CTC..
Ques : Do i also need to take a legal action against them.. and if yes, which all documents should i ask them to provide me.. for the proceedings..

- Relieving Letter - This document proves that you have been relieved from all responsibilities and dont owe the company anything.
- Experiece Letter -
- Salary Slips - Atleast for the last 3-6 months. This serves as the proof of salary.

The details of the deductions per month which used to happen from my salary.. as this company did not provide any salary slip every month.

03.Releiving order
