Recruitment can be done both through Job Portal (Dice ) and other sources also.
It is very important in US Recruitment to have a strong vendor network. When I was in US recruitment , I closed many positions without visiting Dice even once, just flash the position on your IM vendor network and it works wonders.........But yes speed is the Buzz word...........One needs to be alert and the first one to recieve the rek.

Its true that the recruitments can be done through various available job portals like Dice, Monster and all..but would like to get a process model for US recruitments..If somebody has teh process model..if they can share it will be agreat help

Somebody help us with the process followed in US recruitments. Is it that the recruiters should have knowledge about what are all the technologies in the market? And if S, how should a starter groom him/her in this regard.

till now im submitting the resume of my consultant for projects in US.
Can i forward the reqirements im getting from other recruiters and obtain candidates. and then can i submit the candidates to that recruiter? if so what is the process? sould our company sign contract before doing that?
