All the slides point to only one thing: Injuries have more to do with behavioural psychology rather than lack of expertise.Tendency to save time & effort are the root cause of accidents leading to fatalities.Nice ppt!

Thanks-we do workshops on how to change the behavior of people to work safe and this will be good to open with maybe. The problem is that we introduce management systems and supervision but people still act unsafe-needs change from within-our programme is very exciting and we see the results at our client's workplace
