the gross amount -
or gross payable.. .because sometimes if gross is 9000/- and due to over time the gross payable goes up to say 11000/- then..will esic be applicable..??

Dear Leo, Esic is applicable gross upto Rs 10,000/= , if u say that it cross due to over time than it is applicable for rs 10000/= because on over time esic is applicable.
