On this forum, I have come accross various power point presentations on attitude and there are some who believe that attiude is everything. From my twenty years of managment experience, I am of the view that just as revenue generation is more important than cost cutting, aptitude and Talent actually make you excel whereas a good attitude prevents you from going downhill especially in the era of Talent Management.
