If you know how to identify the hident talent inside an applicant or recruit THE RIGHT APPLICANT with RIGHT SKILLS/TALENT/PREFERENCE and lot more then you dont have to attend TALENT MANAGEMENT TRAINING...
I am facing a lot of issues related to EMPLOYEE TALENT which are not visible after RECRUITING A CANDIDATE but before that HE ACTED AS IF HE GOT EVERYTHING...BUT THAT WAS LIMITED TO HIS COMMUNICATION SKILLS ONLY BUT NO PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE WHICH I WAS LOOKING FOR.................
ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO IDENTIFY THE HIDDEN TALENT OR HIRE THE RIGHT GUY
With profound regards

Hello...
Talent Management is actually finding the best talent(sourcing and recruitment), nurturing your best talent and identification of talent(internal or external).
In simple words it is:
Identifying what your people can do
Their efficient deployment
where all this talent can be utilised tomorrow which means cross functional movements as a part of it etc.
