Please can any one tell me how to make tax free salary structure.
As per our compony salary structure we have BASIC, DA, CONVEYANCE ALL, HRA ALL, CHILD EDUCATION ALL.
But we want to include optional allowance like Car All, LTA, Sodexo Pass, Gift Voucher, Medical reimbursement.
Please provide the information regarding the above said components like what are the exemption limit for the tax .
