Hi, I gave resignation from my present job.(a reputed BPO Co. in gurgaon) Now I am serving my notice period which completes on July 17th. I want to withdraw my PF amount. Very much confused about the procedure. Besides form 19, do I need to fill any other form? Can I apply for PF withdrawl just after july 17th? Does my HR manager provide me return form-10 and Form-3A? Need your sincere help.

Hi Suraj, General process of PF withdrawal is that, minimum after 2 months of your date of leaving, PF claim can submits. So, you need to wait for the minimum 2 months for the submitting your PF claim forms. Secondly, there is no need to fill any other forms, you need to fill up the only Forms 19 & 10C only, & other documents will be provide by your employer like Form 5 & 10, Form 3A. etc. PF claim submission is the resposiblity of employer not the employees' but if any employee want to submit the same by him self only. so, he can do with the proper documantion only. I hope you undstood the PF withdrawal process. if you want to know more. you can writte me. Regards,

Hi Suraj, Start the process after 60 days leaving the job. Just fill the form 19 & 10C attached your form 3A with proper signature of your employer. Either you can submit this form through your employer and then claim acknowledgement slip for this or you can submit this form by yourself in gurgaon PF office. Address is - Plot no.- 43, Sector-44, Bhavishya Nidihi Building. Thanks Mahender Singh
