Dear Senior,
Please suggest me. I reigned my company with one month notice but they are not giving me full & final account , and they are asking me to complete the pending work.but when i joined the company at that time also work was pending form company side. Because no one was available at that time for this pending work and I had completet all pending work. And at that time for completing pending work my current work was suffering. now my management is asking to complete full work till date then we will give u your full & final account.
Thanks & Regards
Sandy

Dear Sandy,
When you have worked for full notice period than you have all right to take relieving letter and full and final settlement. Your org. is legally and professionally doing injustice by holding your full & final settlement and forcing you to complete work.
I suggest you talk to your management and short out the issue. If pending work is crucial and if it is possible for you to complete then do it. There is no use of braking the bridges.

Hi Sandy,
Were the terms of separation not communicated to your earlier? If they were 1 month should've been enough time to complete pending work, while not taking-up any fresh work.
If they were not, speak to your management that you'd given them the required notice as per the terms of your employment and that if completing the pending work was their priority they should have communicated it to you earlier.
Ask them if they could come to a mutual agreement with you which will be beneficial to both. I'm sure with a little tact you should be able to get out of this sticky situation.
By the way, they cannot hold your Full and Final settlement legally unless they incurred a loss due to your work during the employment tenure.
