Mr. Nash...
I have been viewing your comments and reply and in most of the occassions i feel that you end up with commenting " to search over site". If you do not wish to contibute you can stay quiet instead of passing your comments with " you hve not done ground work ....and so on. You may be an academicians in uk but when you are not able to understand the query and plight of persons who post their questions and dont want to wate ur valuable time you just you be quiet instead of offending the cite hr menbers.

It appears as though you have not read my comments and contributions properly.

May be you feed a person for a day. I try to enable them to learn to feed themseleves.

Kindly take a look at what one of the students I have helped.

Situation will make us to do things... ....we all r insearch of capsules..rite??? i also made an attempt , a shortcut for easily getting the questionnaire but i failed...i found all types of questionnair over here but except our topic..lol.it was very urgent 4 me and there was no options at all...Atlast lazy sayana also decided to prepare a questionnair by herself and i did...for tat i refered the factory act of welfare measure, company profile, their welfare facilities, questionnare formats available over here..etc etc....so al time of my experience shows tat we become lazy bec of the facilities available to us ,actually all this meant to make us more capable but we are misusing these facilities...am too in tat list... ...At first i got irritated wen i read the reply by the moderator mr nashbramhall ,advising not expect someone other to send a questionnair at tat time i thought then for wat purpose this citehr is for.anyway i know u people are also like me so am attaching my questionnair wit regard to welfare measures...i dont know how much i succeed in preparing these questionnair but i hope it will aslo helpful to u dudes......

wit regards

There are so many like that, who move on to write to me by email and also progress to get my Skype/Yahoo messenger ID, where they get instant advice.

Anyway, thanks for your unsolicited advice.

Have a nice day.

Its not a question of feeding a person for a day or ..... Mr Nash.., we do not need a teacher here, we all are here to share the knowledge one amongst the other and i am aware about your contributions undoubtedly need not remind in all your posts with one or the other examples of you being great.

There is a saying, I do not know its origin. It goes like this.
He who knows and knows that he knows is wise, follow him.
He who knows and knows not that he knows is asleep, wake him.
He who knows not and knows that he knows not is ignorant, teach him,
He who knows not and knows that that he knows not is a fool, ignore him.
People who give scant information and seek answers belong to the 3rd class and I try to teach them. Kindly see my other posts, where people have given enough information and have done some work and then asked for guidance.
Again thanks for the unsolicited advice.
Have a nice day

Dear Sanjeev,

I'd appreciate if you could take some time to review Mr. Simhan's profile and his help. Before you comment - look at who and for what you are commenting.

Please understand, a project work is a work of an individual and use of his creative ability, logical thinking. We can suggest ways to improve or correct a work that has been submitted - that will be helpful for the individual himself. But not literally give ONE

There are "n" number of people who will sell projects, "N" number of colleges who dont mind that either. But that is not quality education, or quality guidance. And, its ridiculous to comment on the reply by Mr. Simhan who values quality and originality. I dont understand what makes you request him not to comment. Its a voice of opinion. If you cant find the answer you wish to hear, dont blame us.... then dont post here. Citehr is not a place for spoon feeding either.

Sanjeev, dont defend someone who is not taking efforts to do a work. There muist be some individual effort from the person who posted it too. Atleast in breifing the work that has been completed until now.

And Regarding the question on Change Management.
Kannan, Could you please be more specific on what exactly you are looking at?
I doubt if you tried askign your friend on what "Change Management" he/she was looking at - change management in recession? or Change Management through technology upgradation? or because of Management? Its a vast topic.

If you dont want a teacher - that does not mean "we" dont want.
What do you call sharing knowledge as? In your dictionary it looks like you call it spoon feeding.
Sharing ideas is different from sharing ones work!
Would you teach your son how to ride his bike..or tell him that you will ride for him?
This is just like that..any learning has to undergo some efforts from self!
If people wanted to prove their worth - trust me, they should not be here and proving it to any one us here on citehr. Its a pure helping mentality. Hope you got this Mr. Sanjeev.
