To add on to Leo's list, it could be Change in self which is a derivative of change in both external and internal environment.
this is critical.... other things change and move on but SELF is one subject which takes it time to think if I need to change and why and how and many more complexities.... unlike external and internal elements mentioned by Leo which move on smoothly with change and keep adapting to the changed Change.... Human beings are most complex elements of change........all the change theories are directed towards these complexities.....
